Ok, Let’s Be Honest.
We all want to tell our ex-spouses to Fork Off.
But we also know it rarely helps the situation.
This program supports parents through and after divorce, acknowledging two truths at once: you want peace in your co-parenting because it’s best for you and your kids, and you’re parenting with someone you sometimes (most of the time?) wish would f*ck off. Maybe someday you’ll be ready to drop the Fork Off part, but today is not that day.
We help you swap conflict for candid conversation and calm. Think of us as your relationship pit crew—quick to diagnose, faster to get you back on track, and always stocked with tools that actually fit real-life schedules, budgets, and emotional bandwidths. Because when communication clicks, everything else—kid exchanges, split holidays, and school events starts feeling easy.
What we offer:
Practical action plans for high-stress moments (drop-off drama, split holiday plans, boundary blowups).
Short, doable tools for you and your children to strengthen your connection, build resiliency, and lower the impact of the divorce.
Straightforward, proven strategies to reduce overwhelm, sharpen focus, and build momentum.
Support for single parents building new routines, new identities, and self-confidence without pretending it’s easy.
Community spaces for venting, learning, and finding templates that don’t require a therapist-level time commitment.
Our promise to you:
Real talk, zero shame. You can be compassionate and pissed off at the same time.
Tools that respect limited time, limited patience, and limited cooperation from the other parent.
Focus on kids’ stability and parents’ sanity—not on creating false peace or sweeping issues under the rug.

Peace, Love, & Boundaries
Hi, I’m Christianna
During my divorce, I found myself wondering why peace felt so out of reach, especially when I felt completely justified in my anger toward my former spouse.
My adult clients often tell me it wasn't their parents' divorce that shaped their childhood. It was the type of people their parents became during and after the divorce.
So even if you think you're hiding the anger, the bitterness, the frustration, and the sadness from your kids, you probably aren't, at least not well enough. And that's because it is so much more difficult than anyone warns you about.
You've heard it before: love your child more than you hate your Ex. Healthy, collaborative, respectful coparenting is what's best for kids. Don't put kids in the middle.
And I agree with all of that. But it's not that simple when the other parent seems focused on the opposite.
For years, I coached parents through those moments, and gradually the dynamic would shift and the relationship would improve. But something was missing. It felt disingenuous to ask parents to let go of their anger and focus on personal peace. During my divorce, I found myself wondering why peace felt so out of reach, especially when I felt completely justified in my anger toward my former spouse.
One night it clicked: the best way to let go of the anger and the hurt wasn't to pretend it didn't exist. It was to make space for it without letting it take over or become destructive. Because the truth is, if your relationship with your coparent had a strong foundation of peace, love, and boundaries, you wouldn't be looking for support.
That's the philosophy behind Fork Off & Namaste, the program designed for parents battling internal forces of good (I want peace) and not-so-good (and I want them to f*ck off).
I've spent decades as a child and family therapist, school counselor, divorce mediator, and parent coach, and I know the best gift you can give your children is your own calm. And despite my professional training and years of experience, I couldn't escape being human.
Someday it can be all namaste. But today is not that day, and that's exactly the point.
Join me. Here it's more than ok to want to say f*uck off and namaste in the same breath. It doesn't make you a bad parent. It makes you honest. And honesty is the start to true healing.
Peace, Love, & Boundaries,
Christianna
